OpManager Startup Issues?
Dear OpManager Users,
We have been receiving some anonymous feedback expressing difficulties in starting OpManager as a service. We have tested the application's functionality in Windows 2000/XP/XP-SP1/XP-SP2/2003/2003-SP1/2003-SP2 and in few Linux flavors. Not sure what is causing this glitch for some users. If any of you have experienced this before, please post the details here and help us understand whats going wrong.. Feel free to also write to us at support@opmanager.com.
Do send us a zip of the following error logs also for analysis:
<OpManager Home>/Serviceerr.txt, unpacklog.txt, ipconfig.txt
<OpManager Home>/logs directory
