Hello,

 

I am monitoring a Cisco ASA 5520 using OpManager. For some reason two subinterfaces on the ASA shows as "Down". One shows as "shutdown" (administratively down) and the other one as "down". However, when I check the ASA, both interfaces show as "interface is up, line protocol is up".

 

Could you please help me figure out why it shows down in OpManager?

 

(Other interfaces on the same ASA shows right status).
