OpManager - ServiceDesk Plus Integration not working
I am trying to integrate the OpManager to ServiceDesk Plus. Both are running fine on there own but when I go to Add-In setup and run a test, it does not connect. I have double/tripled checked settings and they are correct.
I am running Op V 9000 and SDP 8015. I'm not sure if this is creating an issue since I can't find anywhere which tells me which versions are compatible.
