OpManager / ServiceDesk Plus Integration
Hi,
I am OpManager MSP (6002), and recently installed ServiceDesk Plus 5.5.
I can add SD+ as an add-on product in OpManager only if SD+ is running on http.
If I switch SD+ to https, OpManager gives me an error when trying to set it up as an add on. The error is:
Unable to fetch values from ServiceDesk Plus, The server might not be running or the network traffic may be too high.
I have all the correct information on the settings page.
Also, is there a way to export the devices I am monitoring with OpManager so I can import them into SD+ ?.
