OpManager - ServiceDesk Intigration
Hi ,
We are using latest version of both Op Manager & Service Desk Plus and want to integrate both .
When we try to add SD setting in Add-on product of Op Manager , we get Successful result .
However when we tries to add new log new ticket notification profile , we get following error
"Unable to fetch values from ServiceDesk Plus, The server might not be running or the network traffic may be too high.Troubleshoot"
I am attaching Support file and some imp screen shots for your reference .
Pls help in getting the rectified .
