ESXi VM, running Microsoft Win. Serv. 2003

OpManager Proffesional ver. 8812

My OpManager process in Win. stops unexpectedly, every day or so. When viewing the Win. logs, I only get the following info:

Event ID: 7035 - The ManageEngine OpManager service was successfully sent a stop control.

The DB is running on a SQL Instance located on another VM (along with several other business processes of which I do not receive similar problems of.) 

I do not find anything useful in the SQL Logs either.

What could be the result of this unexpected process termination?
