Opmanager Version: 10200

Setup: Three VM's in a Esxi farm with multiple instances (40) of Tomcat on each server / vm

Issue: Opmanager will report false status (down or unavailable) on Processes and / or Services being monitored. Removal of the monitor and recreating the monitor will usually clear the issue for a few hours, however the alarm will resurface, sometimes the alarm will move to a different service / process number (e.g. Tomcat01 alarms, delete monitor - recreate - alarm resurfaces but on Tomcat10). Unable to clear alarms by forcing a update status check. Physical check of the service will prove that the service / process is running. This issue can be reproduced by restarting the server or all services, Opmanager will report all services down and then clear the alarms except for 3 - 4 alarms.

Would appreciate any assistance on clearing this issue. Systems being monitored are in a commercial 24 x 7 environment, to which alarms can trigger a team response.
