OpManager Service Frequently Stops Responding

Hi,

We have had issues with a customer's standalone version of OpManager for over a year now, we hoped that by upgrading it to the latest version 8812 these problems would be resolved, but they still persist, the customer is aware of these problems and is not impressed by the reliability and stability of OpManager.

The OpManager service frequently stops and therefore prevents device statistics from being gathered. Looking at the wrapper file, the following lines stand out as being part of the problem:-
- JVM did not exit on request, terminated
- WARNING - Unable to load the Wrapper's native library 'wrapper.dll'. The file is located on the path at the following location but could not be loaded: D:\PROGRA~1\MANAGE~1\OPMA~1\lib\wrapper.dll. Please verify that the file is readable by the current user and that the file has not been corrupted in any way. System signals will not be handled correctly.

Sometimes the service will automatically resume, other times the service will not respond for several days until it is manually restarted.

I have all the log files which can be uploaded if a link is provided.
