Opmanager serive won't start

Opmanager serive won't start

ve followed the basic troubleshooting steps I found on this board but I've had no luck in getting my opmanager to start up after a shutdwon earlier this week. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the service, done repairdb.bat and startOpManagerServer.bat. Also here are the logs as well. Thanks.

ase.
