OpManager - SDP integration.

OpManager - SDP integration.

Hi, currently I made that OpManager to make the ticket for ServiceDesk Plus. 

However, when ticket is made for SDP, that ticket does not have the asset information. 

So, when I go to the Assets tab and choose the asset to see the history or related request, there is nothing to see which requests were associated to this asset. 

Unless the technicians select the asset to corresponding request manually, it would be hard to find the asset - request / problem / change association. 

Can you help me how to designate the OpM generated ticket can include the asset information?
