I am wondering if there is a way to add a Reason colum to the Server Availibilty Report?

When a server goes down an alert is sent, I then go into that alert and add a note with the reason for why it went down e.g. Power Failure.

So what I'm wondering is, is there a way to get that note I added for why the server went down added to the Server Availibilty Report?
