opmanager refuses to close ticket in sdp

opmanager refuses to close ticket in sdp

Hi,
Please tell how exactly can i force workflow in OP to close ticket in SDP when alarm for windows service is cleared.

Steps i took:
1) Snapshot for server x
2) IT automation -> new workflow
3) Workflow:
test service -> try to restart -> on failure create sdp ticket
on info bookmark: attached to server x and in alarm triggers "When windows service is down"
4) On server x turn on monitoring on particular windows service
5) When this service is stopped, according to workflow OP will try to restart it and this part works.
6) If restart attempt fails (windows service disabled) OP will create SDP ticket - this part works as well.
7) Turning this service to manual and starting it will clear alarm but OP will not close ticket.

why?
