OpManager raising ticket and update

OpManager raising ticket and update

Hi
 
I have opManager and SD+ integrated and have alerts being raised as tickets in SD+. Is there anyway that the ticket number and dealing technician can be passed back to OpManager and inserted into the Notes section of the alert? I understand that I can use IT automation to acknowledge the alert and add notes, but I want to put specific information in.
 
Can I do it, or is this in a future release?
