Opmanager problems/questions
Hello support,
we are running opmanager 6(build 6005) on a XP SP2, P4 3.2 ghz and a 1gig of ram. But we are experiencing some difficulties and have some questions:
- We have SNMP enable devices and able to see the memory and disk utilization dial graphs. We cannot see it for Cpu utilization, why?
- Can we display values instead of percentages. example, 1gb of memory being used out of 2gb instead of 50%.
- Can we have multiple threshold setup on monitors. example, if a application in windows using more than 1.6gb(70%) of memory send an alarm, if it uses 1.9 gb (90%) send an alarm.
- How can i have a ticket created in servicedesk when an alarm is violated.
- can i get/download of other maps and icons that resemble what is bundle in the app.
