OpManager Probe issues

OpManager Probe issues

Hello.

We experience an issue with OpManager Probe 9400.
We had a working Probe, till we got the following problem:
 - The service is running
 - there are no errors in the Event viewer
 - java process is running
 - but a browser shows nothing.

We decided to reinstall the Probe, as it took too much time to get it working (without any results).
We used a clean Windows installation with all the latest updates.
But after installing OpManager Probe we get the same issue:
 - everything is running
 - OpManager is registered on central URL (I can see it under Admin/Probes menu)
 - A browser says "OpManager webclient will be available at http://localhost:8080 sortly"
 - but then "A browser cannot display the webpage"
 - no issues in the Event Viewer
We tried both options: MySQL and MSSQL. The same result.

Please assist with this.
