opmanager Plug-in IPAM, server migration

opmanager Plug-in IPAM, server migration

I'm moving opmanager and the oputils plug-in to a new server.   I've got opmanager running on my new server, but the oputils plug-in is giving me some problems.

Current Installation:  OS= 32Bit Win2k3
New Installation:       OS= 64Bit Win2k8r2

On my production 32bit machine, oputils uses the Firebird database.  When I install the same version of oputils on my 2k8R2 machine, it does not give me the choice of database, it simply installs to the POSTGRE  databse, without prompting me, and without installing Firebird prerequisites.   The DBRestore.bat  is not restoring my configuration.

Ideally I'd use a MSSQL backend, particularly since I see in the most current full plugin download for oputils the support for Firebird is removed.  So please,  if there is a built-in tool for me to migrate my production Firebird database to MSSQL, I'd like to do that.

I have followed the guide, which I was sent a link to, listed here: : http://www.manageengine.com/products/oputils/installation-startup-knowledge-base.html#startup-installation-kbase7  for migrating the Firebird installation to a new server, but it has major flaws, in that file paths do not match for the items it asks you to copy from the old to the new installation.  However I copied it to the paths it suggested, and also copied to the paths which exist in old and in new.  Very important to note that there is NO Firebird subfolder in the new location.   It seems the link does not apply to plugin version 61026 IPAM plugin, which is what I am using.

Thank you in advance for your assistance
