1. I have enabled OpManager pass through authentication after getting ServiceDesk Plus pass through authentication working - but now all I get is the authentication prompts and I can login or anything. How do I turn pass through authentication off outside of OpManager?

2. What is the correct process to setup pass through authentication in OpManager? I would have thought it was the same as SDP...
