OpManager On Startup

Just wondering is there a way for OpManager not to open upon startup? I've removed it from the startup panel and didn't see anything in the registry.

I am doing this because I am only a part-time Admin (due to the facility being small) and I share a computer with the night shift operations manager. Already installed OpManager on the server, but it was running rather sluggish (upgraded the memory by 512mb (now 1 gig), can't upgrade any more due to their budget).

I am getting complaints from the night shift operations manager that the computer upon start up is "slow" and that OpManager appears upon her startup as well. This is on a windows 2000 computer (yeah I know, they need to upgrade - hopefully soon!)

Any help, I would greatly appreciate it!
