Opmanager on server hosting MSSQL and IIS

I was just wondering if this would work.
If I had a server with MSSQL and IIS already, could I install Opmanager on the same machine seperately without impacting the existing applications?
I know Opmanager uses mysql, so that should not affect MSSQL, but if I have an existing IIS server, IM wondering do I only have to specify a different port to use the 80....?
