OpManager on Remote MySql 5.1x?

OpManager on Remote MySql 5.1x?

Can I export the mysql 4x OpManagerDB and import into a remote MySql 5.1.41 instance? I need to maintain a SINGLE MySql instance. Both are currently running on Linux (CentOS 5.5) servers
