OpManager not successful at polling nodes via SNMP
I just installed 7 on CentOS 5. Discovered the nodes ok, but OpManager isn't polling the nodes successfully. I have monitors configured, but they don't report anything, so I tried to test the monitor via the GUI and it reports back "The monitor did not respond to the test request".
I tested the same OID in the MIB browser, and it worked fine. I then checked to make sure the credentials were the same. I checked and rechecked a bunch of times, cut and pasted the community I entered into the credential library into a terminal window and ran snmpwalk against it, and it came up no problem, so I have no idea why it doesn't work in OpManager, while it works in Mib Browser and snmpwalk via commandline.
I'm trying to poll Cisco routers, switches, firewalls and UNIX servers running net-snmp.
