OpManager Build no. 8810
I normally receive emails and sms's when any of my devices meets the following criteria:

However, regardless of the above rule set in place for a specific Router, I was not notified through SMS or Email when this device went of today at

I also receive emails from Anti-Virus Server, every morning, same subnet where OpManager server reside, so this confirms that it is not my ISP or my mobile handset.
What log's do you require so we can start troubleshooting?
