OPManager not detecting sms gateway

OPManager not detecting sms gateway

Hi all,

My setup consists in a Windows Server 2012, Opmanager, and an SMS Gateway whose brand is Sierra Wireless Fastrack Xtend FXT009.
I can test the sms gateway device correctly, using a putty session, via serial cable. However, when I go to Opmanager console, and try to add the com1 device, it says:

" Modem is not connected properly. Check your settings!

There's nothing wrong with the device, because I can use it correctly. It as been tested correctly. 

Is there any other setting I must edit in order to make Opmanager connect to the sms gateway?
