I have some probe installed from our customer. Some probe are correctly connected at our SD MSP, but two probe I'm not able to connect. The opmaanger give me an error (SD service not is running or user and password worng) but I use the same configuration that I use in the probe that are connected.

Wich log I have to check in order to undestand where is the problem?

There is an limit of number ov probe that I can connect at the Sd MSP?

The probe need an license, or it's oly the central that are lincesed?
