OpManager not accessible after data restore

Hello,

We have an OpManager upgraded from 7.x to 8.x and therefore MySQL upgraded from 4.x to 5.x, running on a Windows 2008 64bit server.

The problem is that when we saw the new 8.5 installer with 64bit support, we thought it might solve some of the small issues we were facing. So we used the data backup, uninstalled OpManager and installed the new 8.5

It worked fine out of the box. However, when we restore our data and start the service again, nothing happens. There is nothing listening on port 80, and we cannot access the OpManager.

We have tried the 32bit version on a Windows 2008 and a Windows 2003 and all give the same result (although we get a taskbar icon and some flash screen with bar progress that stops at "Configuration completed". I did a "RepairDB.bat" but the DB was fine.

Also, with the previous version, there was a ManageEngine Apache service along with the ManageEngine OpManager service, we get only the opmanager service when we installed the new version.

I hope all in not lost, appreciate any help.
