I have downloaded the Netflow plugin and configured routers to do flow exports, but it is still not monitoring in OpManager

I Found that after starting OpManager the netflow is not listening on 9996 after some troubleshooting i used the command line (run) to start Netflow, also no luck

Any guidance to what to do ?!
