OpManager MSP version question
My company has purchased MSP version and few probes. So far the product is great, however i did have questions about rebranding the client piece;
1) Is there a way I can totaly disable web/administration site on a client probe? That way i can have a customer just login directly to our main customer site and generate reports or other tasks.
2) Does the customer really has to download a 49MB file just to install a 5mb probe?
3) Can we rebrand the probe ? so it has our logos maybe our tech support numbers?
4) Scheduled reports at this point are a total disappointment. I wish I can design/or maybe generate same reports as you can on the reports tab. Currently scheduled reports email our customers 5-10 PDFs with multiple information that can be probably put on ONE pdf. The Email link is even worse as you get option to see information per device name.pdf instead of a total report on availability/and other criteria.
Can someone from Advenet let me know if there is anything i can do on any of those 4 items i listed above?
