OpManager MSP Remote Control Issue
Hi,
I'm running the trial version of MSP Build 6005 and cannot get the remote control to work.
The ActiveX does not install due to windows not recognising the publisher (I've turned all Windows settings to run the ActiveX no matter what and it still fails).
The Java version gives a black screen that does not change.
The Flash version gives a black screen that I can make blue if I move the mouse to the bottom of the screen.
Moving and or clicking the mouse has no effect and Ctrl-Alt-Del only works on my local PC.
The Central server, Probe, and remote device are all on the same subnet, so there is no NAT issue.
Can someone please advise on what the problem could be? I need this to work so that the management here don't opt for Kaseya....
