OpManager MSP - Receive SNMP Traps from unmonitored devices.

In some cases, at our customer sites, we would like to install an OpManager MSP probe, where we may be monitoring 10 devices, but there will be additional devices that are sending SNMP traps to the probe. I want to be able to forward these traps as alerts to the OpManager central server in our NOC. Is this possible?

In my lab tests this did not work. I was able to forward raw traps by creating a generic trap processor (matching only .1.3.6.1) up to the central server as long as the device sending the traps was monitored by the probe.

Please let me know if this is possible? Maybe a way to create a generic device that will match all device IP�s � like create a device with IP = *.*.*.*, but I could not add such a device. Any ideas?
