Hi,

At the moment we use Kaseya for our MSP solutions, which involve an agent on every pc/server/laptop, which was great for helping mobile workers. My question is how can this be done with opmanger?

Also with Kaseya we were able to give a link for remote support using vnc on an ad hock basis. How can I do this with opmanager?

Ticketing- When a user try�s and submit a support request using http://xxxxxxxxx:8080/scp/SolutionsHome.sd, they click submit and then they get redirected to the login screen and the helpdesk does not receive the ticket
