Opmanager MSP monitor custom device traffic
Hello,
I have a device on a specific network that is not pingable but I can check for specific (citrix) traffic on a specific port via telnet.
HOw Can I add it to the monitored devices? If I try to import it inserting the ip with a manual device add, this device doesn't come to the added devices.
SO if I was able to have this device in the listed devices I'm able,I think, to add a custom monitor on a specific port. The problem is how to import it due to the fact is not pingable.
