Opmanager MSP + ServiceDesk Plus Integration
Hello,
I am trying to figure out how to do the following....
-Deploy Opmanager Probes to various clients (4)
-Allow all different clients to use the ServiceDesk Plus Helpdesk but only see their own tickets and information
-Use the functions of ServiceDesk Plus for each client (Asset tracking, etc)
Is this possible?
