OpManager MSP: Issue with Inventory

Hello there!

Whenever i try to see the Inventory section on the Central server the following error is generated:

Unable to connect to the OpManager Security Service.
Possible Reasons :
The given/available NAT_NAME(sccm.ExchangeLabs.net) & NAT_PORT(6565) for the probe may be wrong.
Firewall configuration might not be done in the probe LAN.
Probe May be Down.
Internet Connection may be poor.Connection might have timed out.
Security/Inventory module possibly not started in probe.Make sure you have applied the probe upgrade.

I've checked the Probe details at Admin->Probes->sccm.ExchangeLabs.net->Edit which are as under:
Probe Name "5ATestFace66 "
NAT Name "sccm.ExchangeLabs.net"
NAT Port "8443"
Scanfi NatPort "6565"

I tried changing the NAT port from 8443 to 6565 but still the same error crops up.

Moreover, when i do a "netstat -an" for open ports on the Probe server the following ports are open:

But ports 6565 and 6161 are NOT open on the Central server. Can't seem to figure out why.

I also get the same error when i try to see the Security snapshot on the Central.

Both Central & Probe are behind the firewall.

Kindly tell me what could be the problem.
