OpManager - Monitor Temprature of Non IBM, HP or Dell systems

Hi, i want to monitor Temprature of different systems which are NOT Dell, HP or IBM.
as in monitors there are following under following sections but does not work and gives the error

Dell PowerEdge Monitors
      Server Temperature                          SNMP
HP Proliant Server Monitors
      Temperature                                    SNMP
      Temperature Threshold                     SNMP
IBM Blade Center Monitors
      Temperature                                    SNMP

But what if the server is not Dell, HP or IBM then what?

Many systems i want to monitor are custom home configured systems such as with gigabyte motherboards, dual core processors etc

Possible reasons

1. Check if SNMP is enabled on this device.
2. The SNMP request might have timed out
3. The OID may not have been implemented in the MIB.
4. The device might be down
