OpManager - Many False Positive Alerts and Delayed Positive Alerts

OpManager - Many False Positive Alerts and Delayed Positive Alerts

We have been demoing out OpManager 9 for the last couple weeks and the setup looks ok. However, I frequently receive SMS messages (sometimes 30 at a time) that state:

Attention - Host name
Message: Device not responding: Probably down or busy
Device - Host name
Category - server/router/etc.
Error Condition: Attention

If I check the status of these hosts, even immediately after receiving these alerts, I can ping, SMB, RDP or SSH these devices just fine. 

On the opposite end, we did have an outage at one point of a switch and a few upstream switches, which Nagios reported instantly as being done. Unfortunately OpManager either told me 1-3 hours later and on some did not tell me at all about them being down.
