I am new to OPMANAGER Manage Engine. I am trying to configure some performance monitors for  NVR.I have succeeded in adding it.However the OPMANGER is not getting the realtime value. To be more specific I am getting an Alarm/Notification daily Once.Could you please shed some light to this issue.

You can see the data collection date and time is 13th and 14th May 2016 and the count is only once.

Info:For other devices I am getting real time values and I am able to get the alarm based on the rules which I defined.
