I'm trying to determine the actual interface utilization of a link between two devices and I'm confused as to what the difference is between "Total Bytes Transferred" and "Interface Traffic"? I understand a bit and byte are two different measures of data however both graphs show different values in "M"... so is it a difference of Megabytes vs Megabits? Even then it doesn't add up and both graphs cover the same time interval. 

I just want to know, over a given time interval, how much that link is being utilized?
