OpManager Intermittently Accessable and Alarming

Hi -- We are running the Win 2003 verison 7205 and recently have begun having problems with OpManager startup. If we reboot the server the services show started but clients can't access opmanager and are unable to find the webpage, when on the local host too. The opmanager and opmanagerApache services are started but only 1 apache.exe process is running (I think we usually see 2+) We can run startopmanagerserver from the opmanager\bin folder (after stopping the Apache and mysqld-nt processes) using a command prompt window and after the .bat completes we are able to access opmanager normally. However if we close the command prompt window the .bat continues to run and shuts down opmanager so an adminstrator has to stay logged in and leave the command prompt window open after running the startopmanagerserver.bat.

Note also that when running like this OpManager doesn't seem log alarms
