I am trying to manage a routers inteface which is  a isdn and would like a alert of when this interface comes online.  There is a operational status which says dormant I would like to get a alert of when this becomes up.  Is it possible in anyway to configure opmanager to do this.  The alert would be by an email.  Help or advice would be appreciated.
