Opmanager integration with Service Desk Plus
Hi, I'm having trouble trying to integrate Opmanager with Service Desk Plus. This is how I have them set up:
- Both, Opmanager and Service Desk Plus in the same server.
- Error in the details of sincronization
- And if I try to save, it says that it doesn't find the Service Desk Server or that the user name is incorrect.
Anybody has this problem?
