OpManager Integration Issue

OpManager Integration Issue

I am trying to setup integration with our Opmanager server. 
The issue that I am having is that because we are using Active Directory login in Servicedesk it will not let me connect from the Opmanager side because I am guessing the password contains special characters. 
Also because we purchased five technicians (which is the actual number of people we have using the product) it will not allow me to have a local account to use for the Opmanager tie in, so I am required to use one of my technician logins to integrate with Opmanager and because we have a ninety day password expiration policy that means I will have to change the password every three months in Opmanager.
