OPmanager integration

Dears,
 
 We have a problem in the integraton between Servicee desk plus and Opmanager , We've configured the 4 steps in the PDF file while when we create new ticket profile, the category list and technician list are empty ?
 
N.B: SDP is 7.5 and OPmanager is 8
 
Please advise
