kindly clarify my doubts on Opmanager inbuilt tools.In the new version of OPManager are the following included without licence .

a)workflow

b)Rack builder

c) 3RD Map

if yes are they available in both essential and enterprise.

Why don't we have a booth camp or training webinar has available in service desk.
