OpManager Hangs at startup

OpManager Hangs at startup

I am installing a probe during evaluation on a Windows XP box, and when the service starts up for the first time, the OPmanager sticks at Configuration completed.

When I try and access the localhost website, I get the following message:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, you@your.address and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

Apache Server at localhost Port 443


Has anyone else encountered this message? Is there a workaround? I have tried this on two Windows XP machines so far with the same results
