opmanager for WinXP client doesn't show any monitoring
Hi all,
I've the following problem.
when the command :
"cpu.vbs <device name> admin <password>" is executed from cli where the opmanager is installed, i have results, with no error.
There no domain in the LAN when PCs are installed
On opmanager GUI, there's no result from performance monitoring.
When test monitor is launched, i've got :
possible reason :
1. The device might be down.
2. The username and password provided for this device might be wrong.
3. The domain password for this device was not provided
4. The domain password for this device might be wrong
the device is up, i can ping it and have result from cpu.vbs
