I am looking to use OpManager to mainly receive in SNMP traps.

 

We install networking equipment (no more than 2-4 devices) on our clients networks and want to set them up to send SNMP traps to OpManager.

 

We have not direct access to the devices as they are on our clients networks (behind Firewall NAT etc)

 

We have the Traps coming into our hosted server and have tested that the SNMP traps come in ok (Not Using OpManager)

 

We want to use OpManager to process these traps and generate Alerts.

 

Can anyone give me some advice on how to do this, i have added the MIBS, but cant see the traps coming in, even in the Unsolicited Traps.  Is there a log anywhere? as i know traps are coming in.
