OpManager fails to...on a cleared alarm
Page/Log a Ticket in SD/Send Emails when a monitor clears. I've noticed this for a long time, but figured it was due to multiple upgrades of Op. However, after a fresh install and a fresh setup the issue is still there. I'm on the latest version of v7 (7025). I've setup monitor in Op to watch our routers and sometimes we will get paged when an alarm is cleared, but not other times. Routers will page sometimes and not others. I've re-associated the notifications several times and it will work for a little while then from there on out it's touch and go. This is getting kind of ridiculous as our line are our most important thing in our business. At least we get paged when they are down that is the important thing, but it would be nice to know when a line comes back up instead of sitting here at my desk doing a refresh of the serial interfaces on our routers at our end.
