OpManager Enterprise MFA issue

OpManager Enterprise MFA issue

Dears,

We've OpManager Enterprise, Central and Prob installed on the same server with different access port, MFA enabled automatically without admin action to enable, and we use Microsoft Authenticator, but when try to login after enter the token provided by App, can not login ang got verification failed, how can we  enforce MFA disablement  ?
