opmanager doesn't show traps for certain servers

I'm facing the following issue.
Traps are correctly sent to OpManager server, I can see them by using both Wireshark and the trap viewer embedded in OpManager, but they simply don't show up in the db and consequently in the OpManager interface.
How can I proceed further? I guess there's some kind of issue in the Trap Processor but I don't know exactly how to troubleshoot this.
Furthermore, I have to point out that this issue shows up only for certain servers, not all of them (we monitor about 150 windows servers using the same OpManager instance). Anyway I cannot find anything different between servers that work and servers that don't.
