Opmanager doesn't start....

I installed OPManager 5.6 on Windows 2003 Standard Server. After installation finishes, OPManager starts and work properly. But; if I shut down Opmanager or reboot the machine, it never starts again.... I tried to run Opmanager from the command line (with loglevel=INFO parameter in wrapper.conf file) and saw that there was a problem about mysql. But mysql_nt process was working and I could connect to mysql server and made some database operations.
How can i correct this?
